ContentFlow — AI-Powered Content Generation

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContentFlow ("the Service"), a product of Free Range Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

ContentFlow is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create blog posts, social media content, and other written materials. The Service uses artificial intelligence to research topics, generate content drafts, and provide multiple angle options for user review and approval, including through Anthropic's language models.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 16 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

ContentFlow offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
Refunds: We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact us at support@freerangesol.com for refund requests.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Generation Limits: Each plan includes a monthly generation limit. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
Generate spam, phishing content, or misleading material
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use guidelines.

6. Content Ownership & AI-Generated Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service, including topics, audience descriptions, competitor information, and seed URLs.

Generated Content: Content generated by the Service using AI is provided to you under a perpetual, non-exclusive license. You may use, modify, publish, and distribute AI-generated content for any lawful purpose. We do not claim ownership of content generated for you.

Important Disclaimers About AI Content:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking all generated content before publishing.
AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar content may be generated for other users with similar inputs.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from plagiarism. You are responsible for verifying originality.
AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Free Range Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FREE RANGE SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Range Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
