Welcome to ContentFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). ContentFlow is a product of Free Range Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

We may collect the following personal information when you register for or use the Service:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Profile Information: Role, company name, and bio that you optionally provide.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Service:

  • Content streams you create and their configurations
  • Generated content and your selections
  • Feature usage and interaction patterns
  • Device information, browser type, and IP address

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscription
  • Generate and deliver AI-powered content based on your configurations
  • Send you service-related communications (e.g., account verification, billing notices)
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ContentFlow:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database hosting. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance.
  • OpenAI: AI content generation. Your content configurations and topics are sent to OpenAI's API to generate content. We do not send your personal account information to OpenAI.
  • Google OAuth: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create or link your account.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We encourage you to review their policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Generated content and stream configurations are deleted when you delete the associated stream or your account.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account from the Settings page at any time.
  • Data Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and preferences (such as theme selection). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information.
